Furthermore, I am dedicated to mentoring and developing talent, nurturing junior and senior designers to build a cohesive and high-caliber team. My initiatives, such as the Boeing Brand & Visual Communication course, are designed to elevate team skills and drive creative excellence.

Outside of my current role with Cognizant, I work on freelance projects through my art and design studio, ConceptShell, to help local, small businesses. I’m also a public mural artist with the nonprofit, Urban ArtWorks, where I illustrate and paint graphics to tell stories for the community. In the past, I’ve been a co-chair for the Seattle Chapter at the Society of Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) where I co-launched different forums for different cultural topics including AAPI, LGBTQ+ and sustainability and resilience. I’ve been one of the eight members on SEGD’s Advisory board of the first-ever Racial Justice Commission where we speerheaded uncomfortable yet authentic, effectives conversations.

I love to draw and paint, refurbish furniture, collect sneakers, play sports, eat lots, tell jokes, swim with mantas, travel and explore different cultures, places, and things with my family and friends.
