Idea: We are bright, future-thinkers ready for any challenge, both inside and outside of Boeing.
As lead designer and art director, I created three concepts using four key attributes: creative, energetic, forward, and transformative.
1) Unbounded: Revealing bits of what the organization does by breaking the boundaries without taking away too much mystery of the innovations, 2) Connecting the dots: Showing continuous connection through multiple locations where Boeing innovations are made around the world, and 3) The Power of &: Sharing inclusiveness and diversity of people who make BR&T successful, the “Dreamers” and “Producers.”
Our CS team pitched the concepts to the Vice President along with 100+ BR&T employees and The Power of & was selected. Above shows the expression kit that included expression guidelines manual with color palette, patterns, typography styles, and photography samples, plus customized plasma screen graphics, email banners and Keynote template.
Unique crops of the ampersand were used as a graphic element to create attractive layouts and animations that displayed BR&T innovations.
Colorful and bold photography compliments the dynamic ampersands as the images flow in and out during presentations.
This BR&T toolkit has become a great tool for external company presentations and marketing to help attract early-career professionals.
